IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an Extended block. This block is mapped from 200000h to207FFFh (buffer locations: 400000h – 40FFFFh). This block can be treated as additional OTP memory blockwith an OTP block protection.If Extended block is programmed then Erase whole chip will fail.
