IMPORTANT: Set Default buffer value’ to FFh before loading programming data file.This device contains one M28W640ECB Flash and one M28W320ECT Flash.In the buffer addresses 000000h-7FFFFFh are for M28W640ECBaddresses 800000h-BFFFFFh are for M28W320ECT.Each Flash module contains 192-bit Protection Register.The 192 bits Protection Register of M28W640ECB are located at buffer addresses C00000h-C00017h.The 192 bits Protection Register of M28W320ECT are located at buffer addresses C00018h-180002Fh.The first 64-bit segment of the Protection Registers contain unique device numbers written by the manufacturer and cannotbe modified while the rest 128-bit segment is one-time-programmable by the user.The OTP area protection can be PERMANENTLY enabled under Device/Configure.If the user programmable segment of the Protection Register is locked or not blankthe Protection Register ranges must be excluded in erase/program range. ‘
