IMPORTANT: 2Kbit Serial EEPROM. Software Write Protect for addresses [00h-7Fh] can be set via Device->Settings. Programming will clear Software Write Protect as long as it is not permanently set. Addresses [80h-FFh] are not affected by Software Write Protect.
