IMPORTANT: This device contains a 128 bit Protection Register which is mapped to buffer locations 400000h-40000Fh. The first 64 bits (buffer locations 400000h-400007h)are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. The other 64bits (buffer locations 400008h-40000Fh) are OTP. The User Register contains the 64 bitsthat can be programmed. Locking the User Register portion of the ProtectionRegister is a one time only operation. If Autorange detection is enabled the 64bit OTP user register will not be programmed or verified.
