Note
IMPORTANT: Device has 64-bit unique device identifier which is pre-programmed by the manufacturerand cannot be modified. All the 64 bits will be read at buffer locations 200000h-200007h.These bits are ignored during compare and verify. The 128 bits User Programmable OTP cellscan be modified and they are located at buffer locations 200008h-200017h.Setting the Lockout User Register’ option under Device Configure to ENABLE willLock the User Programmable portion of the Protection Register. WhenErasing the User Register of the Protection Register the programmer will blank-check the areaand will fail the ‘Erase’ operation if the area is not blank. Performing ‘Erase’ on the User Registerwill also fail if its Protection Register Lock Bits have been ENABLED.Attempting to program a previously protected Protection Register will also fail verify. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-FFFFFh].Please select ‘Entire File’ under Device Range if SecSi sector needs to be included. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
