IMPORTANT: 32-Mbit Flash Memory with 192-bit Protection Register.Protection Register contains 64-bit unique device number and 128-bit User Programmable OTP cells.Unique device number is pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. These bits are read to Data Pattern at 400000h-400007h and are skipped during Compare and Verify.The 128-bit User Programmable OTP cells are located at Data Pattern 400008h-400017h.Setting the ‘User Programmable OTP Protection’ option under Device > Configure to ENABLE will permanentlylock the User Programmable portion of the Protection Register.Previously programmed User Programmable area will fail Erase.Locked User Programmable area will fail Erase and Program.The default Device Range is set to [00000h-1FFFFFh]. Please select ‘Entire Device’ under Device > Range if Protection Register needs to be included. ‘
