Note

IMPORTANT: This is a custom Nand algorithm.Ignore Bad Blocks option under Nand options will not skip bad blocks on the device. This feature can be used to Read the full contents of a device in which the bad block markers have been relocated.Any bad blocks on the device will also be read. The feature cannot be used for any other operation. All other operations will fail if this option is selected. This is a NAND-type Flash Memory with a minimum of 4016 blocks. Each block contains 64 pageswhich are divided into a 2048 byte main page and a 64 byte spare area. This algorithm ismapped with each page considered an contiguous 2112 byte page.Bad Blocks are indicated at byte 2048 and 2053 of the first page of a block. These bytes can still be programmedand verified on a virgin device. If these markers are relocated the device can no longer be used on the programmer exceptfor Read and Compare operations.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
