IMPORTANT: This is a NAND-type Flash Memory with a minimum of 2008 blocks. Each block contains 32 pageswhich are divided into a 256 word main page and a 8 word spare area. This algorithm ismapped with each page considered an contiguous 264 word page.This algorithm uses a Simple Bad Block Replacement’ scheme. This method skips a bad blockwhile replacing it with the next valid block and extends ending location on the device.A device will be rejected if there are too many Bad Blocks found on its entire Flash array.However all the Device operations such as Erase Blank Program and Verify areexecuted only on specified Device Ranges with possible Block Replacement extension. ‘
