Special Device Considerations:

The Code Flash Shadow array contains configuration information for the device. Locations 203DE0-203DE7h in the Data Pattern correspondto the censorship word for the device. These locations are factory programmed with 55AAh that unsecure the flash.Programming a different value will secure the device and cannot be unsecured disabling further Programmer access to the device.All reserved area in Shadow array are programmed back with factory programmed value.All reserved area in Test Address Space are skipped for all operations.The Program operation will first Erase and then Program the selected array.This algorithm supports only Big Endian byte order. After a successful Program + Verify operation subsequent stand alone operations may fail if the Data Pattern codeexecutes to modify the Code or Data Flash.
