IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash EEPROM. The EEPROM memory is mapped in the Data Patternfrom 1002h to 107Fh. The Flash memory is mapped from FA00h to FFFFh. Readsecure is reset by reprogramming the part and this will restore the original calibrationbytes for the RC oscillator. Write protect is permanent and cannot be resetonce programmed.The device has RC oscillator calibration bytes stored in the Flash at locations FFDEh and FFDFh.These locations are not programmed or verified preserving the values unless the user select toprogram them in the Device > Configure. They will be read into the Data Pattern.
