IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EEPROM & Flash. The EEPROM memory is mapped in the Bufferfrom 1000h to 107Fh. The Flash memory is mapped from F000h to FFFFh.The device has RC oscillator calibration bytes stored in the EEPROM at locations 1000hand 1001h and in the Flash at locations FFDEh and FFDFh.These locations are not programmed or verified preserving the values unless the user select toprogram them in the Config Options. They will be read into the Buffer. Read secure is reset byreprogramming the part but this will erase the calibration bytes for the RC oscillator andcannot be restored by this algorithm. Flash Write protect is permanent and cannot be resetonce programmed.
