IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash. The Flash memory is mapped from FC00h to FFFFh.The calibration bytes located at locations FFDEh and FFDFh can be preservedby setting the appropriate device configure option unless the device is read secured.Read secure is reset by reprogramming the part and this will restore the original calibrationbytes for the RC oscillator. Write protect is permanent and cannot be resetonce programmed.
