Note
IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash 16KByte Flash Memory is mapped to Data Pattern: 8000000h-8003FFFh IAP area is mapped to Data Pattern: 8000000h-8002FFFh Default device range is set to 8000000h-8003FFFh. Selecting Erase operation will do global erase including the IAP area and option bytes. 12 Option Bytes are mapped to Data Pattern: 1FFFF800h-1FFFF80Bh These option bytes are not verified after program with this algorithm if Boot1 bit is set to zero or if device is set to read protection level 1 or level 2.
Data Pattern Address | Bits [15:8] | Bits[7:0] |
1FFFF800h | nRDP | RDP |
1FFFF802h | nUSER | USER |
1FFFF804h | nData0 | Data0 |
1FFFF806h | nData1 | Data1 |
1FFFF808h | nWRP0 | WRP0 |
1FFFF80Ah | nWRP1 | WRP1 |
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
