Note
IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash 256KByte Flash Memory is mapped to Data Pattern: 8000000h-803FFFFh 16 Option Bytes are mapped to Data Pattern: 1FFFF800h-1FFFF80Fh. The entire device range must be selected in order to include Option Bytes into the operation. If BOOT1 option bit is set to 0′ device will not be accessible by this algorithm. Device Config under Device Setting can be use to Read/Write protect the device. Please see help notes under Device Settings.
Data Pattern Address | Bits [15:8] | Bits[7:0] |
1FFFF800h | nRDP | RDP |
1FFFF802h | nUSER | USER |
1FFFF804h | nData0 | Data0 |
1FFFF806h | nData1 | Data1 |
