IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash 256KByte Flash Memory is mapped to Data Pattern byte address: 8000000h-803FFFFh 8KByte Data Memory in EEPROM is mapped to Data Pattern byte address: 8080000h-8081FFFh 16 Option Bytes are mapped to Data Pattern byte address: 1FF80000h-1FF8000Fh. Please set Option Bytes under Device > Configure. If RDP protection is set to level 1(None AAh Non CCh) all flash memory cannot be read. If RDP protection is set to level 2(CCh) device debug interface is disabled. Any operation on device fails. Selecting Erase to any device range will do mass erase.
