IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash 128KByte Flash Memory is mapped to Data Pattern byte address: 8000000h-801FFFFh 16 Option Bytes are mapped to Data Pattern: 8040800h-804080Fh

Data Pattern Address Bits [15:8] Bits[7:0]

If read protection (RDP and nRDP under Device ->Settings is set to anything other than 5AA5h) all flash memory cannot be read. A read protected or write protected device must be erased before it is programmed. Option bytes contain read and write protection bits and are always erased before program if selected. The entire device range must be selected to erase read protection on the device. Device Configure options are displayed in byte mode. Leading zeros are not displayed.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
