Memory Organization:

Memory Type

Attributes(*)

Included in default Range (Y/N) DUT Physical Byte Address(hex)(if this area is selected/Activated) BPWin Buffer Byte Address(hex)
EEPROM R/W Yes 0000_4000h-0000_47FFh 0000_4000h-0000_47FFh
Option bytes R/W N0 0000_4800h-0000_487Fh. 0000_4800h-0000_487Fh.
Flash R/W N0 0000_8000h-0002_7FFFh. 0000_8000h-0002_7FFFh..
Default Algorithm Range 0000_0000 – 0002_7FFFh 0000_0000 – 0002_7FFFh

* R:Read only W:One time programmable (OTP) R/W:readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E:readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation regardless of memory range selection. Special Device Considerations:

ROP byte are ignored during program and verify operation. Select SECURE operation to program AAh to ROP byte which enables read protection. For a read protected device Erase operation clears Read-Out protection and erases all memory. For device that is not read protected Erase operation will only erase Option Bytes and Flash Memory. EEPROM contents remain in their previous state.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
