IMPORTANT: 16-bit MCU with 512KByte Flash Memory.In the device locations [04000h-0BFFFh](word address) are not accessible. Therefore locations [08000h-17FFFh]in the buffer are ignored. Be sure to set Default buffer value’ under Buffer/Options to FFh and’Automatic lowest address to load’ to DISABLE before loading programming pattern. Block Protection can be programmed with Program command with settingsunder Device/Configure. Enabling Protection is a permanent operation.However a protected block can still be erased and programmed (Block Temporary Unprotect) bythis programmer. ‘
