IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 256KB of flash memory.Flash-protection is currently not supported. If the device is programmed withcode that disables the JTAG port the device may not be accessible.Only one of the following ranges is valid for device operations:- 00000000h-0003FFFFh for flash only.- 400FE1E0h-400FE1EFh for USER_REGn only.- 00000000h-400FE1EFh for flash and USER_REGn.Other Nonvolatile Registers are supported under Device > Configure and programmed by Secure operation.Secure must be selected to program the Nonvolatile Registers.Once BOOTCFG[1:0] is programmed to anything other than binary ’10’ thedevice is no longer accessible and Nonvolatile Registers will not be verified.All Nonvolatile Registers are one time programmable.The MSBs of USER_REGn and BOOTCFG registers are not programmable by the user.It must be set to ‘1’ for virgin devices.
