Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash EPROM.The following describes the buffer setup:Buffer locations 0000h-107Fh(device location 0000h-083Fh) and1100h-FBFFh(device location 0880h-7DFFh) are reserved and must contain data FFh.The Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately. To access the Information Memory set the Device/Options range as 0h-87Fh (device address).Information Memory data is actually stored in buffer locations 1080-10FFh (device address 840h-87Fh).To access the Main Memory set the Device/Options range as 880h-7FFFh (device address).Main Memory data is actually stored in buffer locations FC00h-FFFFh (device address 7E00h-7FFFh).To access the whole chip set the range as 0h-7FFFh (device address).
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
