IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash EPROM.The following describes the Buffer setup:Buffer locations [0000h-0FFFh](device locations [0000h-07FFh]) and[1100h-24FFh](device locations [0880h-127Fh]) are reserved and must contain data FFh.The Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately.To access the Information Memory set the Device/Options range as [0h-87Fh] (device address).Information Memory data is actually stored in Buffer locations [1000h-10FFh] (device addresses [800h-87Fh]).To access the Main Memory set the Device/Options range as [880h-7FFFh] (device address).Main Memory data is actually stored in Buffer locations [2500h-FFFFh] (device addresses [1280h-7FFFh]).To access the whole chip set the range as [0h-7FFFh] (device address).
