IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash EPROM.Memory organization:Information Memory:0800h-087Fh (Device Address 16-bit)1000h-10FFh (Buffer Address 8-bit)Main Memory:7E00h-7FFFh (Device Address 16-bit)FC00h-FFFFh (Buffer Address 8-bit)Buffer locations 0000h-0FFFh(device location 0000h-07FFh) and1100h-FBFFh(device location 0880h-7DFFh) are reserved and must contain data FFh.Each segment of the Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately.To access the Information Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 0800h-087Fh (device address).Information Memory data will be displayed in buffer locations 1000h-10FFh.To access the Main Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 7E00h-7FFFh (device address).Main Memory data will be displayed in buffer locations FC00h-FFFFh.To access both Information and Main Memory set the range as 0000h-7FFFh (device address).To overwrite Calibration values at buffer location 10F8h-10FFh select in Device Configure.Otherwise by default factory calibration values are preserved.
