Memory organization: Buffer locations 0000h-0FFFh(device location 0000h-07FFh) and 1100h-F7FFh(device location 0880h-7BFFh) are reserved and must contain data FFh. Each segment of the Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately. To access the Information Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 0800h-087Fh (device address). Information Memory data will be displayed in buffer locations 1000h-10FFh. To access the Main Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 7C00h-7FFFh (device address). Main Memory data will be displayed in buffer locations F800h-FFFFh. To access both Information and Main Memory set the range as 0000h-7FFFh (device address). To overwrite Calibration values at buffer location 10F8h-10FFh select in Device Configure. Otherwise by default factory calibration values are preserved. If the device is programmed with code that changes memory contents standalone verify and compare may fail.
