Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash EPROM. Memory organization: Information Memory: 1000h-10FFh (Buffer Address 8-bit) Main Memory: C000h-FFFFh (Buffer Address 8-bit) Buffer locations 0000h-0FFFh and 1100h-BFFFh are reserved and must contain data FFh. Password is mapped to buffer location FFE0h-FFFFh. To overwrite Calibration values at buffer location 10F8h-10FFh select YES’ in Device Configure. Otherwise by default factory calibration values are preserved in which case the correct password need to be used. For Compare buffer location 10F8h-10FFh are ignored. Use Read to read those locations. Selecting ‘Erase’ opertion will do mass erase and will initializes the password area to 32 times 0FFh. Depending on the BSL versions if an incorrect password is used the entire flash memory address space may be erased automatically. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
