IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash Memory.Buffer locations [0000h-0FFFh] and [1100h-EFFFh] are reserved and must contain FF data.The Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately.To access only the Information Memory set the Device/Options range as [000h-87Fh].Information Memory data is actually stored in Buffer locations [1000h-10FFh].To access only the Main Memory set the range as [0880h-7FFFh].Main Memory data is actually stored in Buffer locations [F000h-FFFFh].To access the entire flash memory set the range as [0000h-7FFFh].Please Note once device has been secured further Progam/Read/Verifyoperations are disabled.
