IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash EPROM. Memory organization: Information Memory: 000800h-00087Fh (Device Address 16-bit) 001000h-0010FFh (Buffer Address 8-bit) Main Memory: 001080h-00FFFFh (Device Address 16-bit) 002100h-01FFFFh (Buffer Address 8-bit) Buffer locations 000000h-000FFFh(device location 000000h-0007FFh) and must contain data FFh. Each segment of the Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately. To access the Information Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 000800h-00087Fh (device address). Information Memory data will be displayed in buffer locations 001000h-0010FFh. To access the Main Memory only set the Device Configure->Range between 001080h-00FFFFh (device address). Main Memory data will be displayed in buffer locations 002100h-01FFFFh. To access both Information and Main Memory set the range as 000000h-001FFFFh (device address).
