Each segment of the Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately. To access the Information Memory only set the Device > Range between C00h-CFFh (device address). Information Memory data will be displayed in Data Pattern Address 1800h-19FFh. To access the Main Memory only set the Device > Range between 4000h-23FFFh (device address). Main Memory data will be displayed in Data Pattern Address 8000h-47FFFh To access both Information and Main Memory set the range as 0000h-23FFFh (device address). Device address 7FC0h-7FFFh(Data Pattern Address FF80h-FFFFh) are Interrupt Vectors. Programming invalid data to these locations may prevent further access to the device. The default device range is set to [0C00h-23FFFh]. This excludes BSL memory. Please select Entire Device’ under Device > Range if BSL Memory needs to be included. If Bootstrap loader(BSL) memory is programmed with executable code stand alone operation might fail. To enable secure JTAG buffer address range 17FCh-17FF must have non FFFFFFFFh or non 00000000h values AND Secure operation must be enabled. If Secure operation is not enabled then address range 17FCh-17FF will be left at the default value. ‘
