IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash EPROM. Memory organization: Information Memory: 0800h-087Fh (Device Address 16-bit) 1000h-10FFh (Data Pattern Address 8-bit) Main Memory: 7C00h-7FFFh (Device Address 16-bit) F800h-FFFFh (Data Pattern Address 8-bit) Data Pattern locations 0000h-0FFFh(device location 0000h-07FFh) and 1100h-F7FFh(device location 0880h-7BFFh) are reserved and must contain data FFh. Each segment of the Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately. To access the Information Memory only set the Device > Range between 0800h-087Fh (device address). Information Memory data will be displayed in Data Pattern locations 1000h-10FFh. To access the Main Memory only set the Device > Range between 7C00h-7FFFh (device address). Main Memory data will be displayed in Data Pattern locations F800h-FFFFh. To access both Information and Main Memory set the range as 0000h-7FFFh (device address). To overwrite Calibration values at Data Pattern location 10C0h-10FFh select in Device > Configure. Otherwise by default factory calibration values are preserved. For Compare Data Pattern location 10C0h-10FFh are ignored. Use Read to read those locations. Programming of JTAG security fuse is not currently supported.
