** R:Read only W: One time programmable (OTP) R/W: readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E: readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation. *** Written during Secure operation instead of Program. Special Device Considerations: 1. Once BOOTCFG[1:0] is programmed to anything other than binary ’10’ the device is no longer accessible. 2. If the Flash at address 00000004h programmed with a valid reset vector value and the BOOTCFG register does not indicate the boot loader the boot sequence causes the stack pointer/reset vector to fetch from Flash hence the device is no longer accessible by this algorithm. 3. Programmed device cannot be reprogrammed by this algorithm and standalone operations may fail if data programmed to the device affects the device booting process. 4. If USER_REGn registers are included in the selected range Erase operation will perform a blankcheck on the USER_REGn registers instead of erasing them. These registers cannot be erased — bits can only be changed from 1 to 0. 5. Flash and EEPROM protection are currently not supported. If the device is programmed with code that disables the JTAG port the device may not be accessible. 6. Secured and Unsecured batches must not be mixed. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
