If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 1024KB of flash memory and 6KB of EEPROM.EEPROM is is currently not supported.Flash and EEPROM protection is currently not supported. If the device is programmed withcode that disables the JTAG port the device may not be accessible.Only one of the following ranges is valid for device operations: – 00000000h-000FFFFFh for flash only.- 00200000h-0020000Fh for USER_REGn only.- 00000000h-0020000Fh for flash and USER_REGn.BOOTCFG Register (mapped to buffer location 200010h-20001Fh) is one time programmable and supported under Device > Settings and programmed by Secure operation.Secure must be selected to program this Register.Once BOOTCFG[1:0] is programmed to anything other than binary ’10’ the device is no longer accessible. If the Flash at address 00000004h programmed with a valid reset vector value and the BOOTCFG register does not indicate the boot loaderthe boot sequence causes the stack pointer/reset vector fetch from Flash hence the device is no longer accessible by this algorithm.Programmed device cannot be reprogrammed by this algorithm and standalone operations may fail if data programmed to the device affects the device booting process.Secured and Unsecured batches must not be mixed. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
