IMPORTANT: This is a Flash EPROM with an additional SecSi sector. This sector is mapped from 200000h to207FFFh (buffer locations: 400000h – 40FFFFh). This sector can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If this is the case this sector will need to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as this data could have an unique number. If this part has not been lockedby the factory the user can treat this sector as additional memory with an OTP sector protection.It is also to note that autorange feature will ignore write/verify the SecSi sector so if you needto write to the SecSi sector do not use the autorange feature.
