Attributes(*)

Included in default Range (Y/N) | DUT Physical Byte Address (hex)(if this area is selected/Activated) | BPWin Buffer Byte Address (hex) |
Firmware | W/E | Yes | N/A | 0000_0000h – 000F_FFFFh |
Configuration Data | W/E | Yes | N/A | 0010_0000h – 001F_FFFFh |
* R:Read only W: One time programmable (OTP) R/W: readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E: readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation. Special Device Considerations: This algorithm will parse a hex file generated by Analog Devices tools. 1. When loading the data pattern load both the firmware and configuration files as binary. 2. Do not clear the buffer between loading of the two files. 3. Firmware file needs to be loaded at 0000_0000h – 000F_FFFFh and configuration file needs to be loaded at 0010_0000h – 001F_FFFFh. 4. Configuration data can be programmed to either Main and/or Backup Memory. This can be selected under Device-> Settings. 5. Serialization is not supported for this device. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
