Note
IMPORTANT: Blackfin embedded Processor with 64Kbit OTP memory. Public part of the OTP Memory is mapped from 0000h to 07FFh (Data Pattern locations:0000h-0FFFh). Only pages 10h-DFh (Data Pattern locations:0080h-06FFh) can be programmed and verified. Private part of the OTP Memory is mapped from 0800h to 0FFFh (Data Pattern locations:1000h-1FFFh). Only pages 110h-1DFh (Data Pattern locations:0880h-0EFFh) can be programmed and verified. To included certain pages in program and verify operations the selected pages need to chosen AND device range need to be adjusted under Device->Settings. Protection bits can bet set under Device->Settings. Also they are mapped from 000h-001Fh (Data Pattern locations: 0000h-003Fh). The default Device Range is set to 0080h-00097h (Data Pattern locations: 0100h-012Fh). Programming the preboot settings (PBS) pages mapped to address: 0C0h-00DFh (Data Pattern locations: 0180h-1BFh) with data that affects the device booting process may prevent further communication with the device using this algorithm.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
