Note
IMPORTANT: This is a custom algorithm that allows the user to set certain parameters. These parameters are Range Check VPP VCC tWLRH and tWLRH_CE. They can be set from the device specific menu. In the Data Pattern addresses [0000h-3FFFh] are for Flash Memory and addresses [4000h-41FFh] are for EEPROM Data Memory. There is four Calibration Bytes residing in the signature row high byte of addresses 0h 1h 2h and 3h for 1.0MHz 2.0MHz 4.0MHz and 8.0MHz internal RC Oscillator calibration. To program one of these four Calibration Bytes into the memory under Device > Configure 1)Set CALIBRATION to ENABLE 2)Set CAL BYTE ADDRESS to one of the four Calibration Byte addresses (00h-03h). 3)Set CALIBRATION ADDRESS to the memory address [00000h-41FFh] you want to program the Calibration Byte to. New devices may automatically calibrate the RC Oscillator. Please set the CALIBRATION option to DISABLE(default) to use automatic calibration.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
