* R:Read only W: One time programmable (OTP) R/W: readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E: readable and rewritable if not locked. Special Device Considerations: The Erase operation performs a Chip Erase which will erase the entire flash contents. Lock Bits & Secure Bit (SSB) are supported in this algorithm. Setting a lock bit to 0 will prevent any programming to the corresponding region without first erasing the device. Enable Secure to set the security bit but ID must be disabled afterwards to execute Erase operation. User Signature Area & NVMCTRL Register are not supported in this algorithm.
