If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: In the Data Pattern address [0000h-FFFh] is the FLASH Program Memory and address [1000h-10FFh]is the EEPROM Data Memory. Erase will erase both Flash and EEPROM.This support is designed to calibrate the device to +-12 percent of 8 MHz.There is a factory calibration Byte residing in the signature rowhigh byte of address 0h for 8.0MHz internal RC Oscillator calibration. Please use Atmel ATtiny45-SU for the support of factory calibration value.Enabling CALIBRATION under Device Configure will calibrate the deviceto +- 1 percent of 8 MHz using a 32.000 KHz clock. Then the calibrationvalue is programmed to an assigned address in the flash or EEPROM. Thisaddress can be assigned in CALIBRATION ADDRESS under Device Configure.COMPARE operation will only verify data read from the device against datain the buffer. Compare operation will fail at CALIBRATION ADDRESS.Calibration result is valid to the socket module used to program the device. Results may vary for different operating conditions. An offset for calibration resultcan be set under Device > Configure to customize calibration value for specific application hardware.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
