If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: The data pattern is organized in below order: 1) Program Flash Memory: [0x0000-0x3FFFF] 2) Program Device Configure Nonvolatile Latch: [0x90000000-0x90000003] 3) Program Write Once Nonvolatile Latch: [0x90100000-0x90100003] This algoritm support only ECC enable bit 1′. ECC enable bit is bit 3 of byte 3 located at address 0x90000003. The following memory maps and options are not support in this algorithm: 1) Program Flash Protection Data [0x90400000-0x904000FF] 2) Flash error correcting code (ECC) disabled(‘0’) 3) Flash Configuration Data [0x80000000-0x80007FFF] 4) EEPROM [0x90200000-0x9020003F] ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
