Note

IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash 192KByte Main Flash Block(MFB) is mapped to Data Pattern 8000000h-802FFFFh. 2KByte Customer Information Block(CIB) is mapped to Data Pattern 8040800h-8040FFFh. The first eight half-words of the CIB are dedicated to special storage of option bytes. Option bytes configure flash read and write protection. Each option bytes in the Data pattern must have a companion byte that is the inverse of the option byte. Data Pattern must contain A55Ah for read protection option byte at address 8040800h. Any other value at this address is not supported.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
