IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash 512KByte Main Flash Block(MFB) is mapped to Data Pattern 8000000h-807FFFFh. 2KByte Customer Information Block(CIB) is mapped to Data Pattern 8080800h-8080FFFh. The first eight half-words of the CIB are dedicated to special storage of option bytes. Option bytes configure flash read and write protection. Each option bytes in the Data pattern must have a companion byte that is the inverse of the option byte. Data Pattern must contain A55Ah for read protection option byte at address 8080800h. Any other value at this address is not supported.
