IMPORTANT: 128M-bit Flash Memory with an additional 128-word Secured Silicon Sector (OTP).This sector is mapped from 800000h to 80007Fh (Data Pattern locations: 1000000h – 10000FFh).The first 8-word (Data Pattern locations: 1000000h – 100000Fh) is reserved for factory. This areaneeds to be excluded from programming and verification ranges. The rest area (Data Pattern locations:1000010h – 10000FFh) can be treated as an additional memory sector with OTP sector protection.This sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory.If this is the case this sector needs to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as thisdata could have a unique number. The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicate thestatus of the chip. If this option is different than the state of the chip during verification or compareit will cause an error.The default Device Range is set to [000000h-7FFFFFh].Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Security sector needs to be included. ‘
