IMPORTANT: 16 Mbit Flash Memory with an additional 256-byte OTP security sector. This sector is mapped to addresses [100000h-1000FFh] in the Buffer. It can be purchased programmed and locked by the factory. If this is the case the security sector will need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as it could have a unique number. If this part has not been locked by the factory the user can lock the sector under Device Configure. When User Protect Security Sector is set to PROTECTED further programming of the OTP sector is prohibited. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if security sector need to be included. ‘
