IMPORTANT: 2Mx16 Flash Memory with 256 Byte extra Security Sector. The Security Sector is mapped to 200000h-20007Fh (buffer locations: 4000000h-40000FFh). This area may be Factory Locked in which case it must be excluded from the range.Otherwise the Security Sector can be programmed and permanently locked by the user.The device will fail Erase if the Security Sector is not blank or if any of the lock bits are set.
