IMPORTANT: The data for the EPROM should be at [$9000-$AFFF] and [$D000-$FFFF]and the data for the EEPROM should be at [$B600-$B7FF] in the Data Pattern.The data for the CONFIG Register should be at $103F. The Blank state of CONFIG Register is $0F.The CONFIG Register must be programmed by Device Secure command.The Device Configure options must be set before run the Device Secure command.Users should take great care before clearing the NOSEC bit in the CONFIG Register on one-timeprogrammable (OTP) devices. Since these devices are not erasable it is impossible to read themany more.
