IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EEPROM and EPROM. The window on the chip must be covered before performing any operation on the chip. The following describes the buffer setup: Addresses $0100 to $019F are EEPROM. $0700 to $1EFF are EPROM. $1FF0 to $1FFF are user vector.
