If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM. The window on the chip must be covered before performing any operation on the chip. The following describes the buffer setup: Addresses 0020h to 0027h are PEPROM.Addresses 0700h to 1EFFh are user EPROM.The Mask Option Register (MOR) is located at 1FF1h.Address 1FF0h (COP register) is ignored during normal programming.Since location 1FF0h is set to a default value of 70h or 00h by the manufacturerthe device will fail Compare when data other than 70h or 00h is set at this location in the data buffer.Device can be secured by the DEVICE/SECURE command. Please refer to the user’s manual about this option.Addresses 1FF2h to 1FFFh are user vectors.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
