Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM. The window on the chip must be covered before performing any operation on the chip. The following describes the buffer setup:Addresses [$0100-$0EFF] are EPROM.Addresses [$0FF0-$0FFF] are user vector.Address $0F00 is Mask Option Register(MOR).Bit 0 of MOR is COPE bit and this MOR byte must be set to $00 forCOP Disabled and $01 for COP Enabled (any other data is INVALID).Since the COPE bit is not readable (Motorola Specification Rev. 2.0)address $0F00 will always read $00 no matter what is programmed. The blank state of the EPROM is $FF.The blank state of the MOR is $00.Other address locations are ignored and should be set to $FF.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
