Note
IMPORTANT: This algorithm has been updated per manufacturers specification necessitating the use of a special socket module ASM64QHA.Microcontroller with FLASH and EEPROM.The following describes the buffer setup:The addresses 0x0450-0x04FF 0x580-0x5FF and 0x0E00-0x7FFF are FLASH 2.The addresses 0x0600-0x07FF are EEPROM 2.The addresses 0x0800-0x09FF are EEPROM 1.The addresses 0x8000-0xFDFF are FLASH 1.The addresses 0xFF80 and 0xFF81 are Flash Block Protect Registers. The addresses 0xFF82-0xFFCB are reserved. The addresses 0xFFCC to 0xFFFF are user vectors. This algorithm does not support EEPROM1 protection and EEPROM2 protection forthe addresses 0xFE18 and 0xFE1C at this time. The latest version of this device has an eight bytessecurity feature from 0xFFF6 to 0xFFFD. To read a programmed device with the security feature the buffermust be filled with correct data from address 0xFFF6 to 0xFFFD. Incorrect data at these locations will preventaccess to the device.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
