Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with FLASH. The following describes the buffer setup:The addresses 0xF600 to 0xFBFF are FLASH. The addresses 0xFFDC to 0xFFFF are user vectors.Non FLASH memory locations must contain 0 by setting default buffer value to 0 before loadingthe file into the buffer for Compare to work correctly. This device has an eight bytes security feature from 0xFFF6 to 0xFFFD.To read a programmed device with the security feature the buffer or Device/Configuremust be filled with correct data from address 0xFFF6 to 0xFFFD. Incorrect data at these locationswill prevent access to the device. This algorithm supports 5V device only.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
