Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with FLASH.The following describes the buffer setup:The addresses $EE00 to $FDFF are Flash. The addresses $FFB0 to $FFBD are Flash. The addresses $FFC2 to $FFCF are Flash. The addresses $FFD0 to $FFFF are Flash User vectors. The address $FFBE is FLASH Block Protection Register(FLBPR).This device has an eight bytes security feature from $FFF6 to $FFFD. To read aprogrammed device with the security feature the buffer or Device/Configure mustbe filled with correct data from address $FFF6 to $FFFD. Incorrect data at theselocations will prevent access to the device. Erasing the device will erase the clock trim valuesstored at locations $FFC0 and $FFC1. If these values need to be saved on blank devicesfrom the Factory disable erase before program.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
