IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with FLASH. The following describes the Data Pattern setup: The addresses $CA00 to $F9FF are FLASH. The addresses $FFD0 to $FFFF are user vectors. Please use Secure command to program the monitor mode security address $FFD1. Secure will program the security address $FFD1 with data from Data Pattern address $FFD1. The monitor commands can be disabled by writing $7B to the address $FFD1. After the monitor mode security is set read of FLASH is disabled. FLASH can only be mass erased. This device has an eight bytes security feature from $FFF6 to $FFFD. To read a programmed device with the security feature the Data Pattern or Device > Configure must be filled with correct data from address $FFF6 to $FFFD. Incorrect data at these locations will prevent access to the device. ‘
